This initial conversation provides you with the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about therapy, and ultimately decide whether this will be the right therapeutic fit, without the pressure of financial obligation.

The Individualized Service Plan is then developed based on the identified needs and the frequency of services is determined during initial session. Most clients are seen on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Online therapy may not be suitable for those:

  • Currently experiencing a crisis that needs immediate attention such as rape, physical or sexual abuse, child abuse, elder abuse, or other forms of domestic violence.
  • Actively considering suicide or physically harming another person.
  • In need extensive in-depth counseling for severe mental illness or intensive psychiatric care.
